Having lured poor Vinny into her lair, Meena uses his phone to send Mandy a message to throw her off the scent. The reality of the situation quickly dawns when fellow hostage Manpreet fills Vinny in on her sister's previous victims, and he looks on in horror as Meena wheels in an IV set-up.

The following day, there's a glimmer of hope for escape when Manpreet uses Vinny's keys to cut the cable ties on her hands, and pounces on Meena, injuring her with a piece of wood. But Meena's able to overpower her sister and restrains her, leaving Vinny fearing they're doomed.

All might not be lost when suspicious Liam sees blood seeping through a dressing on Meena's wrist and reveals he knows all about her fake pregnancy and miscarriage. Backed into a corner, Meena threatens to falsely accuse him of sexual harassment if he continues prying into her business.

The doctor's interference makes Meena escalate her plans and she tells Vinny and Manpreet they've got less than 24 hours to live. The killer drives the Dingle van into the barn and closes the doors, allowing the vehicle fumes to engulf the air.

Just as Manpreet and Vinny fear there's no way out, Mandy might be coming to the rescue after discovering that her son missed his prison visit with Liv. Meena's campaign of terror is about to reach a dramatic end, but will she be able to commit a double murder before she's caught?
