Just one of the reasons we love Selena Gomez? She is never (I repeat, never) afraid of keeping things real. Just yesterday, she celebrated a huge milestone for her beauty brand Rare Beauty, by posting a cute-as-hell video to Insta, in which she's rocking slicked back hair, some dreamy sweats and fresh, glowy skin.

In the vid, Selena shares an open letter to thank her team at Rare Beauty, in which she reflects on the awesome work that the brand has been doing to help raise money for charity, champion better mental health in the workplace, and create vegan, cruelty-free beauty products... Oh, and did we mention she had the letter printed across an entire page of The New York Times? Wow.

Selena captioned the video: "It would be an understatement for me to say I’m proud of my @rarebeauty team and what we have accomplished so far. Love you guys!"

Selena launched her beauty brand Rare Beauty back in 2020, and the whole philosophy was based on the notion of keeping it real. She told fans "Being rare is about being comfortable with yourself," when she first announced the brand. "I've stopped trying to be perfect, I just want to be me."

A philosophy we can totally get behind, btw.

So, whilst Selena and her glam team are always coming through with makeup tip-offs, she's never one to shy away from a no-makeup moment of her own...

There was that time she showed off her gorgeous curls and that time she plugged her pal's swimwear in a gorgeous makeup-free snap on the beach, and let's not forget when she took to IG with zero makeup and fluffy waves to encourage her fans to go and vote.

Yes to all of this, and yessss to celebrating her Rare Beauty team for all of their hard work.
