Iḿ a bit new to this but would like to learn more about IPTV and OTT services for android.
The plan is to learn howto build my own app.
I noticed it to be hard to find a forum with specilists on this matter so I decided to come here and ask for advice.
I did some research and found some guys on github that posted lists of channels and wrote a HOWTO for making my own custom list but did not telle where I could find more, Or tips on weher I can find a place like a online forum where they can help me out, if no one here knows.

What I need is information about the Tech. used for IPTV and OTT.
How does it work? Tips in IT-study material (e-books and such)on the topic would also help.

So, next I would like some info about IPTV/OTT-app development. Tips about, where to find HOWTO's, online(personal) projects, literature, and such.
Tips about specific individuals, websites or groups to find and follow on twitter that are specialised in digital-television, android-tvbox development, opensource television and such, is also very much appreciated.
And last:
Currently I live for a large part of the year in Germany since my father and some other relatives moved from the Netherlands to Germany. So I will be on Germand soil and internet allot. I might even be moving in with him when I finish school.
So .. I would like some info about people from the online-(german)-IPTV/OTT-makers-community and where to find them.
I hope anyone can, and is willing to, help me out.
