Ruhr Nachrichten add that Dan-Axel Zagadou has also returned to Dortmund after returning a negative test for Covid-19. He should be able return to make his return to training after undergoing a few medical checks.

Meanwhile, Manuel Akanji is also expected to return to training in the coming days. But it remains to be seen whether he will be able to face Freiburg. The Swiss centre-back underwent a minor knee surgery last month and is now working his way back to full fitness.
