Leak details the Redmi Note 11, Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G, and Poco X4 for the global market
Xiaomi launched the Redmi Note 11 series a few months ago for the Chinese market. While the company has brought rebranded versions of the phones to markets outside China, it's yet to launch the Redmi Note 11 series properly for the global market. All of that is set to change, according to a new, detailed leak.
As revealed by Xiaomiui, Xiaomi is geared to launch the Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G, Redmi Note 11 Pro 4G, Redmi Note 11S, Redmi Note 11, and Poco X4. The Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G and Poco X4 will be the same device, and will leave the shores of the Indian market for the global market with the "NFC" suffix.
Supposedly, these phones will be available in two models, one of which will use the 64 MP GW3 sensor while the other sports the 108 MP HM2. In addition will be an 8 MP IMX355 as the ultra-wide-angle and a 2 MP macro sensor. The Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G and Poco X4 are expected to be powered by a Snapdragon 695, although that doesn't appear to be set in stone at the moment.
We already reported that the vanilla Redmi Note 11 would debut globally with a Snapdragon 680 and this source corroborates that information. The phone will be codenamed "spesn" and will sport a 50 MP JN1 sensor as its main camera, aided by an 8 MP ultra-wide-angle shooter and a 2 MP macro lens.
Xiaomi also has a few other devices billed for the Redmi Note 11 series outside China. The Redmi Note 11S will feature a MediaTek processor and the Redmi Note 11 JE will be exclusive to Japan with a Snapdragon 400-series chipset. There's the Redmi Note 11 Pro 4G as well, which is said to feature both a 108 MP camera and MediaTek chip.
