• LeAnn Rimes is looking fitter than ever in a brand new Instagram post.
  • In the photo, the 39-year-old Grammy Award-winning singer sat on a rocking chair while wearing a dress with a deep V-neck and high slit—an outfit that totally accentuated her oh-so-sculpted legs.
  • To stay in such great shape, LeAnn stays consistent with her workouts, doing at least four sessions a week. She even brings a jump rope with her whenever she travels.

It’s easy to assume celebrities go all out for New Year’s, but plenty of them just want to get some sleep. Case in point: LeAnn Rimes.

The Grammy Award-winning singer recently shared that she had a low-key NYE. “Rockin’ into the New Year like… just kidding, I’ll be in sweats on the sofa cause I have an EARLY call time for the #roseparade 🌹,” she captioned her Instagram post. “Sending you all SO much Love for 2022!”

In the post, the 39-year-old country star can be seen sitting on a rocking horse while working a black dress with deep V-neck that shows off sculpted abs, accessorized with a high slit that reveals miles of toned legs.

People were all over it in the comments, tossing in things like “WOW !!!!! 🔥🔥🔥❤️❤️❤️” and “You look stunning.”

LeAnn has been very open about working hard for that body and she’s shared her go-to moves with fans for years. Way back in 2017, she blogged about her go-to "tight tush Tuesday" circuit workout, which uses hanging straps and dumbbells to help her get a toned booty.

LeAnn also isn’t afraid to get her sweat on anywhere—in May, she dropped a video on her Instagram Stories of a workout she did in her dressing room. In the first clip, she worked through a bunch of pushups with side twists, followed by leg lifts with weighted ball slams. She wrapped things up by doing tricep dips in a chair in her dressing room, before switching to reverse squats with her rear foot elevated on an armchair while holding the ball on her shoulder.

LeAnn told Us Weekly that she aims to work out four times a week. One of her favorite exercises? Jumping rope. “I take a jump rope with me everywhere I go, so it’s easy to do,” she shared. And when she’s not working out in her dressing room or toning her booty, LeAnn can be found hitting the gym or going on hikes or taking SoulCycle classes with her husband, Eddie Cibrian.

On the food front, LeAnn told Women’s Health that she just tries to have a healthy balance. Breakfast is usually Kimberly Snyder’s Glowing Green Smoothie, featuring chopped spinach, lettuce, celery, apple, pear, banana, lemon juice, and more. "My body actually craves it!" LeAnn said.

Lunch is usually leftovers, like mushroom and poblano tacos in almond flour tortillas, smoky white bean and greens soup, or a chicken and veggie stir fry. That’s all followed by a cauliflower bowl with marinated and baked tempeh or grilled chicken with greens and veggies for dinner. "My hubby and I usually enjoy a glass of wine with dinner too," she said.
