Ariana DeBose will serve as the first host of “Saturday Night Live” of the new year come Jan. 15. The “West Side Story” star, whose other credits include “Hamilton” and Netflix’s “The Prom,” has a head-turning sense of style and often opts for bright colors when she steps out. Last month, DeBose was spotted stopping by the “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” show. The 30-year-old performer waved to fans while showing off a vibrant red look complete with strappy red velvet platform sandals featuring a sky-high heel.

Similarly, she hit the red carpet for the premiere of “West Side Story” the night prior in a red-hot suit with a sultry top underneath and pointy black patent pumps.

For the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures Opening Gala in Los Angeles in September, DeBose made waves in an ethereal lime green gown featuring intricate beadwork and a gauzy off-the-shoulder design.
