Sally Metcalfe is set to grow increasingly suspicious over Tim's secret on Coronation Street.
As fans will know, Tim has been hiding the truth about his ill health to his wife, having learnt that he is having more trouble with his heart following a heart attack in 2019, and is in urgent need of a triple bypass.
As such, he's been growing distant from Sally and been making excuses about his avoidant behaviour, though has realised he will have to come clean, especially after being told he should expect a letter soon confirming the date of his surgery.

However, as he prepares himself to tell her, he is interrupted by the news that Sophie has suffered an injury in Crete.
Following on from this in newer scenes, Tim once again makes excuses after Sally suggests a dip in the hot tub, leaving his wife upset.
Yet she's left delighted when she learns from Jenny that Tim bought a large bunch of flowers earlier – though they are in fact for Aggie, as Tim calls at Number 3 to deliver them and thank her for her support in attending hospital appointments with him.
