According to a report by Grandview Research*, the size of the global vegan dessert market is forecast to expand at a CAGR of 10.1% from 2020 to 2027, valued at$2.77 billion. With plant-based alternatives continuously evolving, new dessert products are constantly hitting shelves.

Two of the newest offerings are Ben and Jerry’s non-dairy Boom Chocolatta and a twist on their classic Bananas Foster.

The Bananas Foster flavor is a combination of creamy sunflower butter-based ice cream in a cinnamon and banana-forward flavor dotted with crunchy almond toffee and a salted caramel core.

Boom Chocolatta features an almond milk-based ice cream in mocha and caramel flavors with fudge flakes and gluten-free cookies around a gluten-free chocolate cookie core.
