NEWS: Midfielder Jackson Yueill Called to U.S. Men’s National Team January Camp

SAN JOSE, Calif. – San Jose Earthquakes midfielder Jackson Yueill has been called to the U.S. Men’s National Team camp by head coach Gregg Berhalter from January 7-21 in Phoenix, Ariz. The camp will serve as an opportunity for players to build match readiness and compete for roster spots in preparation for the upcoming World Cup qualifiers.

Yueill, 24, has made 16 prior appearances for the U.S. National Team, most notably helping the Americans win the 2021 Concacaf Gold Cup and the 2021 Nations League. The Bloomington, Minn. native is entering his sixth year with San Jose since being selected in the 2017 MLS SuperDraft. He has made 116 appearances (103 starts) and tallied seven goals and 10 assists for the Quakes. Yueill, who often donned the captain’s armband this past season, scored three goals in 29 appearances (28 starts) for San Jose in 2021.
