OKLAHOMA CITY (KOKH) - The OKCPHIL has postponed its Inasmuch Foundation Classics Series concert “Rachmaninoff Festival!” due to the spike of omicron cases.
“As a performing arts organization, we gather large groups both on and off stage, to collectively experience live music,” says Executive Director Agnieszka Rakhmatullaev. “Unfortunately, the lack of social distancing on stage and the inability to mask our entire orchestra poses significant risks at this time and impacts our ability to protect our musicians and patrons. We look forward to presenting this wonderful program in full force when it’s safer to do so.”
All tickets remain valid for the postponed concert, including subscriptions and single tickets.
Patrons unable to make the new date, once it is announced, can either donate their tickets back or request a refund.
