Far Cry 6 - Vaas: Insanity DLC

Far Cry 6's next DLC is just around the corner and it will let us walk a mile or 50 in the shoes of another antagonist we encountered in a previous game.

Far Cry 6 is getting Pagan: Control DLC on January 11, 2022, and it will be available as part of the Season Pass. The DLC will launch for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S and Stadia at the same time. In the way of PC purchases, it will only be available on Ubisoft Store and EGS, as per usual. Besides the Season Pass, you can gain access to this DLC via Ubisoft+ subscription service-

Just like the name suggests, you will get to embody Pagan Min who we already met in Far Cry 4. In an attempt to shake up the Far Cry formula, Ubisoft will try to make the DLC play like a roguelite title as we explore Min's psyche. The adventure will apparently let us peek into the past of the character from FC4 while wrestling with his feeling of guilt and regret.

Far Cry villains since FC2 usually almost always had an option to turn you in order to collaborate with them, to varying degrees of success for the protagonist and Min was no different. However, he did seem to have a bit more respect for the player's wellbeing than the likes of Citra or Joseph.

Speaking of which, the latter is getting his own episode in the third and final DLC that will release as part of the FC6 season pass and it will come out later in 2022.
