Gov. Parson appoints Roberts Missouri Military Advocate

Missouri Gov. Mike Parson has appointed Harry Roberts of St. Joseph as the Missouri Military Advocate.

Roberts, the former Buchanan County Presiding Commissioner, recently served as the Deputy Chief of Staff to Secretary of State Jay Ashcroft. Roberts also served as president of the Buchanan County EMS Board. A Northwest Missouri State University alum, Roberts also helped run Roberts and Sons Senior Insurance Agency.

Parson also appointed Daviess County Circuit Court Deputy Clerk Sandy Dustman of Jamesport as Circuit Clerk. Dustman, who graduated from York Christian College in York, Nebraska, has been with the Daviess County Circuit Court for more than 20 years.
