EastEnders spoilers follow.

EastEnders will revisit Chelsea Fox's big dilemma over killer husband Gray Atkins next week, as she struggles to keep up the pretence around him.

Chelsea (Zaraah Abrahams) finally had her eyes opened to Gray's true colours over the festive season, thanks to some clever detective work from her friend Whitney Dean.

Whitney (Shona McGarty) discovered the tragic truth about Chantelle's death the day before Chelsea was due to marry Gray, but was unable to stop the wedding going ahead altogether.

Despite tying the knot with Gray, Chelsea was left panic-stricken when she realised her mistake shortly afterwards and made an ill-fated attempt to escape him.

Chelsea's priorities have since changed after she gave birth to her baby son Jordan at 24-weeks, with Gray by her side.

She later told Whitney that she needed Gray's support while Jordan fights for his life in hospital, but was still on board with their plan to expose him.

Unfortunately, this will prove to be harder than Chelsea anticipated and she'll struggle with his ongoing manipulative behaviour in upcoming scenes.

Fed up, Chelsea vents to Whitney – who encourages her to stay in the game for the greater good.

Whitney promises Chelsea that they will catch Gray as soon as he slips up and urges her to stick to the plan.
