Galaxy S22 & S22 Ultra Images Shown, Along With Specs & 'Super Clear Lens'

A new promo image seemingly surfaced, and was shared by Zaryab Khan on Twitter. That image contains both the Samsung Galaxy S22 and S22 Ultra images, along with some of their specs, and mentions the ‘Super Clear Lens’.

You can check out that image below. The Galaxy S22 Ultra is on the left side, while the Galaxy S22 is on the right. Let’s talk about the Galaxy S22 Ultra first, shall we.

This image doesn’t show us anything new, as we’ve already seen the device in high-quality shots. The more the merrier, though, right? You can clearly see that the phone’s top and bottom sides will be flat, that its display is curved, and bezels thin. The S Pen is also shown on the side.

Below the device, its colors are listed. The Galaxy S22 Ultra will come in Phantom Black, Phantom White, Green, and Burgundy color variants. This seems to be a promo image for a market where the Exynos 2200 will be included, as it’s listed on there.

The phone will arrive in 8GB and 12GB RAM variants, with 128GB, 256GB, and 512GB of storage. A 5,000mAh battery is also mentioned, along with camera specs.

The Galaxy S22 Ultra will feature five cameras overall

Speaking of which, the main, wide-angle lens is referred to as ‘Super Clear Lens’, in other words, it contains a lens that Samsung refers to as ‘Super Clear Lens’. That is a 108-megapixel camera with an f/1.8 aperture (PD), and OIS. What is the ‘Super Clear Lens’? Well, it seems like it’s there to help with reflection/glare.

A 12-megapixel ultrawide camera (f/2.2 aperture, Dual Pixel AF) is also mentioned, as is a 10-megapixel telephoto (3x optical zoom, f/2.4 aperture, Dual Pixel AF, OIS) camera. A second telephoto camera is actually a periscope one, and it’s also a 10-megapixel camera (f/4.9 aperture, 10x zoom, Dual Pixel AF, OIS). Now, you can see the vast majority of the Galaxy S22 in this image as well. That is also a device we’ve seen before. Phantom Black, Phantom White, and Green colors are mentioned here. Other colors are cut off.

It is noted that the phone features a 6.1-inch fullHD+ (2340 x 1080) Dynamic AMOLED 2X display, and that it weighs 167 grams.
