The Ducks are missing a number of their usual forwards to either illness or COVID-19 protocols, and Carrick is the latest to join them. The 29-year-old has been a pleasant surprise with depth scoring, racking up 10 points in 27 contests this season. His next chance to play is Thursday versus the Red Wings, assuming no postponements.
