Alison Wonderland Shares Anxiety-Riddled New Single “Fear of Dying”

Alison Wonderland is a DJ/Producer that never really shies away from going one step further. Today she unveiled her new single “Fear of Dying” and the matching captivating video. The song has some soft beats mixed with her angelic voice, giving it a welcomed harmony that shows the high production value behind the song.

The video shows Alison letting lose in the city while having a little hostage situation going on in the backseat of an older car. The video feels like a little acid trip, which is very common for her. The song and video match perfectly, with the fast paced beats and scenes lining up and the anxiety and “Fear of Dying” reflecting in the small hostage situation going on though out the clip. Also, her captive is not unknown, she is actually Alison herself, with the purple hair she first rocked in 2018. This could be a metaphor for how mental health struggles can hold someone captive.

Just last month, or let’s say last year, the producer released her trippy track, “Fuck U Love U.” The song is produced by Elohim, an up and coming electropop singer/ producer and just all around multi talented. Elohim was recently featured on Lights’ “Real Thing.”

Alison Wonderland is also announced as part of the 2022 run of Ultra Festival, alongside Sofi Tukker and Pendulum. The festival is set to take place in March, this year.  She also recently launched her own NFT project, Wonderquest.
