Carrick opened the scoring just 1:55 into the contest on a rebound. The 29-year-old has scored in three of the last five games, giving him eight tallies and 10 points in 27 outings this year. He's added 41 shots on net, 46 hits and 31 PIM from a bottom-six role. Carrick appears to have earned a near-everyday role in the lineup, though the Ducks' forward group hasn't been at full health for well over a month.
