Renouf was sent to AHL Grand Rapids on Saturday.
Renouf has recorded three assists through 14 games for AHL Grand Rapids this season. The 27-year-old tallied one hit in each of his four NHL games this season prior to landing on the taxi squad. He will continue to hone his game in the minors until another opportunity in the NHL presents itself.
