Anderson was reassigned to AHL Toronto on Wednesday.
Anderson will rejoin AHL Toronto, where he has recorded eight goals and four assists through 17 games this season. After just two NHL games, the 23-year-old will continue his AHL campaign until another opportunity with the big club presents itself.
