JoJo reveals she’s ENGAGED to boyfriend Dexter Darden and shares photos of the sweet proposal & big diamond ring

JOJO has announced her engagement to boyfriend Dexter Darden after a stunning Christmas Eve proposal.

The singer and her fiancé dated for over a year before he popped the question.

Jojo, 31, took to Instagram on Christmas morning to announce her engagement to actor Dexter Darden, 30.

The songwriter shared several photos of the special day, as the couple popped champagne in celebration.

The RV star laughed in surprise while sporting a white boa and sitting in her future hubby's lap, surrounded by balloons and a "she said yes!" banner.

Jojo also gave fans an up-close look at her massive diamond engagement ring, an oval center stone with smaller diamonds on the band.

The ring sparkled beautifully on the singer's finger as she flaunted the stunning piece.

The couple was surrounded by family and friends on the happy day as they all celebrated the news with a lavish dinner.

The soon-to-be bride captioned her post: "forever with YOU? Sign me UP. celebrating Christmas a whole fiancé!!!

"The most thoughtful, creative, positive, handsome, strong, loving, uplifting human being asked me to marry him. so obviously I said YESSS!!!

Jojo continued: "Thank you for the most epic birthday surprise ever. and for flying out my mom, your mom, and both of our best friends to share in that incredible moment with us. you are one of one. LFG @dexterdarden."

Dexter was one of the first to comment, writing: "Yupppppp🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 thank you for being my forever."

Fans filled the post with their supportive messages, gushing over the exciting news.

Jojo and Dexter celebrated the holidays together as they combined families for the first time.

On Thanksgiving, the couple shared several photos to commemorate their time together.

In one cute picture, Dexter planted a sweet kiss on Jojo's cheek as she popped her foot in response.

The Aquamarine star and her actor beau have been dating for over a year, as her first social media posts with her fiancé emerged in the summer of 2020.

During the Black Lives Matter movement last June, JoJo tweeted a clip of her then-boyfriend reciting a poem about racial injustice.

More recently, the couple were able to return to Broadway following the pandemic and shared photos of themselves attending TINA The Musical.

After the October 2021 outing, Jojo posted a carousel of photos alongside her now-fiancé and their group of friends.
