Six retailers will give shoppers new reasons to check out Town Center at Boca Raton this winter and spring, according to The Simon Property Group, the mall’s owner.

The slate of new shops skew high-end, and includes an innovative jeweler, a luxury women’s wear line, St. Tropez-inspired swimsuits, a European chocolatier and an activewear line targeting Gen Z.

Three have already opened in time for last-minute holiday shopping, while another just expanded its footprint.

New to the mall are:

Crown of Light — This jeweler offers a proprietary, patented and branded 90-faceted diamond cut available in a wide range of carat sizes, from .02 carats up to a whopping 18.22 carats. According to the company’s website, the unique cut enhances a diamond’s light performance. “Simply put, the 90 facets provide more angles of incidence for light interaction, thus causing superior fire and scintillation.” The company recommends visiting a credentialed appraiser to identify and value the Crown of Light brand. The store is located near Bloomingdales.

Donna Karan New York — A pricier alternative to the popular DKNY stores that sells fashion for both women and men, Donna Karan New York is focused solely on women and offers “VIP treatment” such as virtual shopping appointments, private styling appointments, and curbside pickup. According to its website, the Town Center location is one of just two Donna Karan New York-branded stores. The other is in Roosevelt Field mall in Garden City, New York. The Boca store is located near Bloomingdales.

Vilbrequin — Created in 1971 by a French photographer and journalist, the company specializes in colorful St. Tropez-inspired swim clothes priced in the $100 to $300 range. Boys’ swim trunks cost between $105 and $135, while girls’ one-piece bathing suits run $150. “Classic cut” Men’s swim trunks cost around $300 while stretch fabric solid trunks are $170. Women can expect to pay $150 for bikini tops and shell out another $130 if they want matching bottoms. It’s located in Nordstrom Court.

luluemon — The Vancouver, Canada-based athletic apparel retailer has doubled its footprint inside Town Center, from 3,000 to 7,000 square feet. The store’s website features stretchable fabrics for yoga and the gym, along with links to essays spelling out the company’s commitment to sustainability, social impact and diversity and inclusion. A page explaining the brand’s history declares that “yoga is the core of everything we do.”

Two other stores and a new restaurant are slated to open early next year. They are:

The Blue Dog Cookhouse & Bar — Billed as a “causal restaurant serving New American fare with New York City roots,” the restaurant pledges to work closely with trusted purveyors and local farms to provide guests with “the utmost experience, every time.” The menu will showcase “seasonal cuisine, American classics, international favorites and craft cocktails.” It will be located near the Container Store.

Läderach Chocolatier Suisse — Patrons of South Florida’s leading malls will recognize this Swiss chocolate manufacturer, founded in 1962 in Ennenda and now available around the world. Already located at the Aventura Mall, Dadeland Mall, Sawgrass Mills, and The Galleria at Fort Lauderdale, the company has been on a building spree since entering North America two years ago, opening more than 30 locations. “Swiss quality is reflected in Läderach’s control of the entire value chain from bean-to-bar-to-shop,” the company’s website says. It produces more than 100 varieties of chocolate, including more than 50 different pralines and truffles and dozens of other confectionary specialties. It will be located near Bloomingdale’s.

OFFLINE by Aerie — Featuring activewear, underwear and swimsuits, the company’s website features Gen Z models and a link to a quiz to find out “the fabric made for the way YOU move.” Lifestyle topics on the site discuss relationships, body confidence, empowerment, how to be your authentic self and celebration of Latinx Heritage Month. The chain has 50 locations in the U.S., but this will be its first in South Florida. It will be located near Macy’s.
