Juulsen was placed in COVID-19 protocols Monday, Thomas Drance of The Athletic Vancouver reports.
Vancouver's games have already been postponed through the holiday break and it's unclear when the team expects Juulsen to be activated. The 24-year-old blueliner has averaged 16:16 of ice time in two NHL games this season.
