More NFL Week 16 picks, predictions:

Pro Football Network: Patriots 23, Bills 22

Ben Rolfe writes: "These two teams have become almost impossible to judge, but the key is the run game on both sides. The Bills have now allowed over 100 rushing yards in four of the last five games, and the Patriots will look to exploit them again. Meanwhile, expect the Patriots to invite the Bills to try and run on them. Buffalo gave the ball to Devin Singletary more in Week 15, but will they be willing to keep riding him? New England has rarely played two bad games in a row this season, while Buffalo has been extremely inconsistent."

Sportsnaut: Bills 27, Patriots 23

The site predicts that the Bills will come away with a close win over the Patriots on the road in Week 16 of the NFL season.

Draft Kings: Patriots will cover vs. Bills in Week 16

Teddy Ricketson writes: "The Patriots struggled to slow down Jonathan Taylor of the Colts and it ended up costing them the game. Luckily for them, the Bills don’t like committing to one running back so it is unlikely that the Patriots will have to deal with someone of Taylor’s status. This game is going to show how legit New England is this year and I think they are primed for a divisional title. Pats to cover."

Top Bet: Bills 21, Patriots 17

It writes: "The Patriots finally cooled off. They saw their seven-game win streak come to an end in Week 15’s 27-17 road loss to the Colts. New England is coming off a Week 14 bye, though, so rust could be a factor in its loss. Nevertheless, the Patriots will return home and regroup for an upcoming rematch against Buffalo. In their win against the Bills, the Patriots passed the ball just three times and let their legs do the rest of the work, as they rushed 46 times for 222 yards and a touchdown. Will the Patriots do it again in Week 16?"

SB Nation: Bills a rare underdog vs. Patriots

Matt Warren writes: "The Bills are an underdog for just the third time this season. They were previously not favored against the Kansas City Chiefs (-10)  (covered and won) and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers (-11.5) (lost in OT). The Patriots won seven straight games, but fell this past weekend to the Indianapolis Colts (+1.5). The Bills have been more up and down, not winning consecutive games since October 10. The winner of this game is in the driver’s seat in the AFC East with two games left to play. The loser is fighting for a Wild Card spot. It’s gonna be a playoff atmosphere on Sunday."

Sportsnaut: Patriots 27, Bills 24

The site predicts that New England will edge Buffalo at home in Week 16 of the NFL season.
