Wolanin scored a goal, doled out three hits and added two PIM in Sunday's 3-2 win over the Capitals.

Wolanin scored the game-tying goal at 2:50 of the third period. The tally was his first at the NHL level since the 2018-19 season when he played with the Senators, and it was his first point in five games this season. The defenseman has just two shots on net, four hits, seven blocked shots and a minus-2 rating in 2021-22. He should continue to see a regular role in the lineup until Drew Doughty clears the league's COVID-19 protocols.
