Zendaya, too, has been experimenting with shorter styles as of late, and Emily Ratajkowski took the opportunity of the Marc Jacobs show on Thursday night to test out a whole new ‘do.

Paco Rabanne has passed at the age of 88 in Portsall, France. The news was confirmed by Puig, the Spanish company that controls the Paco Rabanne fashion and fragrance house. “That radical, rebellious spirit set him apart: There is only one Rabanne,” said José Manuel Albesa, president of Puig’s fashion and beauty division. “With his passing, we are reminded once again of his enormous influence on contemporary fashion, a spirit that lives on in the house that bears his name.”

By the time the final look from Kenzo’s spring 2023 collection appeared on the runway last June, the brand’s artistic director, Tomoaki Nagao—better known by his moniker, Nigo—was already creating a whole new line for the following season. And so, on the evening of February 2, Marc Jacobs staged a last-minute fall 2023 show in New York City titled “Heroes,” with a Westwood quote prominently featured in the show notes: “Fashion is life-enhancing, and I think it’s a lovely, generous thing to do for other people.”
