Home and Away has confirmed Sam Frost's exit from the show.
The star, who has played Jasmine Delaney since December 2017, filmed her last scenes this week. This development comes one month after she and the Summer Bay soap agreed a plan for her to take a temporary break so that she could get the COVID-19 vaccine.
A spokesperson for Channel 7 said in a statement sent to Digital Spy: "We support and respect Sam's decision to leave Home and Away. Sam leaves with our sincere thanks and very best wishes for the future."

Her exit is thought not to be related to the recent vaccination discussions.
Last month, after the show's production company announced plans to introduce a compulsory vaccination rule from January 10 for its cast, crew, and presenters, Sam shared in an Instagram Story that she would be fully vaccinated by late February, following a scheduled medical procedure.
"My bosses are amazing," she said at the time. "We've been in open communication for months. Very grateful we were able to make a plan that works for everyone."
The original plan would have seen Jasmine written out for a few weeks and allowed the star to return to the set after getting vaccinated.
A Seven spokesperson previously said of the vaccination rule: "To provide the safest possible work environment for cast, crew and presenters, Seven Productions have made the decision to only engage those who are fully vaccinated against COVID-19, taking effect in January next year.
"Seven strongly encourages vaccination to protect our people, their colleagues and their families."
Home and Away airs weekdays at 1.15pm and 6pm on Channel 5 (UK) and Mondays to Thursdays at 7pm on Channel 7 (Australia). Selected classic episodes are available via Amazon Prime Video in the UK.
