Dauphin forced overtime when he tied things up 2-2 late in the third period when he backhanded a loose puck in front. It was the veteran's first goal in five years. Dauphin has one goal and two assists in five games for the Habs this season, but just seven points in 40 contests since his debut in 2015-16.
