Christian Serratos and Dior Beauty Kicked Off the Holiday Season With a Winter Wonderland Dinner in L.A.

Just hours after the biggest storm of the season passed through Los Angeles, breaking a rainfall record, the skies cleared up just in time for Dior Beauty’s holiday dinner. Held to celebrate the house’s J’adore fragrance, the intimate party took place at West Hollywood hotspot San Vicente bungalows and was hosted by Christian Serratos, Dior Beauty’s newest ambassador. The original plan had been an alfresco dinner under the stars, but plans are made to be broken, and so the party moved inside to a private dining room transformed into a fairytale winter wonderland modeled after the house’s holiday Atelier of Dreams. The guest list, meanwhile, was just as starry as the decor. The White Lotus costars Alexandra Daddario and Sydney Sweeney were joined by Nesta Cooper, Max Minghella, Alexandra Shipp, Skyler Gisondo, and Grace Van Patten - all decked out in Dior, of course. 

Upon arrival, the crowd was treated to champagne and canapés along with the opportunity to do some holiday shopping at the J’adore Art of Gifting station. While Kiernan Shipka had a bottle of fragrance adorned with her mother’s name by an artist who was hand painting the flacons, Alanna Masterson picked out an eyeshadow palette for her daughter. “She loves watching me get my makeup done and always wants to do get hers done too,” she said. Talk over dinner, unsurprisingly, was also about the upcoming holidays. Serratos, in a festive red cap sleeve cocktail dress, was taking a practical approach to her Christmas list this year. “I’m giving my four-year-old anything she wants because I’m terrified of her,” she joked. “And I know everything that I want I will get because I’m very direct with my husband. I just send him links.” Ashley Park was in town unexpectedly promoting the new season of Emily in Paris. “We were supposed to be in Paris for the premiere, but it’s a kind of a relief not to have to travel,” she admitted. Damson Idris, meanwhile, was preparing to host his extended family in Los Angeles for the first Christmas holiday stateside and taking suggestions for group activities from the table. As the evening drew to a close, numbers were exchanged, and plans were made for more holiday meetups over the coming weeks. Then, weighed down with be-ribboned Dior bags, the party made their way out into the starry night.
