Cousins entered the NHL's COVID-19 protocols Thursday.
Cousins will need to submit two negative COVID-19 tests before rejoining the lineup, so he'll miss Thursday's game against the Avalanche at a minimum. The Predators are pretty shorthanded up front, so they may be forced to roll with seven defenders and 11 forwards versus Colorado.
