WESTWOOD, Ohio (WKRC) - Two funeral home buildings could be turned into two restaurants in Westwood called "Alfresco At Town Hall".
EP Investment Group LLC has shared its proposal for the former Bolton & Lunsford Funeral Home on Harrison Avenue, across from Westwood Town Hall.
“This project will become the ‘dining room’ to Westwood’s beautiful ‘living room’ which sits across Harrison Avenue,” said Frank Eversole, co-owner of EP Investment Group.
The owners of this group are behind the popular Ivory House restaurant.
One building will be turned into Terrazza Trattoria, a mid-priced Italian restaurant. The other will be a Mexican grill-style restaurant and bar called Paloma's.
The 1920s era buildings will be renovated and landscaping will be added. They hope to open in spring of 2023.
EP Investments will work with Westwood Community Urban Redevelopment Corporation.
