HGTV is giving you a look inside the White House and its holiday decorations this week.
The special “White House Christmas 2021″ airs on HGTV on Sunday, Dec. 12, at 6 p.m. ET (3 p.m. PT). You can also watch it on Philo.
“Trading Spaces” designer Genevieve Gorder hosts the program that shows how the White House staff gets the president’s residence and workplace ready for the holiday season. First Lady Jill Biden will join Gorder on a tour of the White House, pointing out the themed decorations and elaborate designs.
This year’s theme is “Gifts from the Heart,” according to HGTV. It was inspired by the good deeds brought on by the devastation of the COVID-19 pandemic, and expressed through bright colors incorporated in this year’s decor.
