EastEnders spoilers follow.

EastEnders star Maisie Smith has spoken out about Tiffany and Keegan's night together during her final week in Walford.

Maisie filmed her final scenes in the role back in October, with Tiffany's exit scenes set to air in the week commencing Monday, December 13.

Tiffany's last week on the Square will see her torn over the future of her marriage to Keegan, after she spends the night with him.

Tiffany and Keegan have recently decided to get divorced, but it's clear that neither of them are really happy about the decision.

After a huge bust-up with Keegan over the state of their relationship, Tiffany will cut ties with her new boyfriend Aaron when she finally sees his true colours.

Fed up, Tiffany suggests that she joins Liam, who is leaving for Germany the following day.

Tiffany shares this with a disappointed Whitney, while Liam revels in breaking the news to Keegan.

When Keegan later gives Tiffany back the money she put in his fundraiser, they share a moment. Unable to ignore her feelings any longer, Tiffany leads him to her bedroom.

Afterwards, both Tiffany and Keegan's respective families urge them to be honest with each other about their feelings before it's too late, but fans will have to stay tuned to see whether a happy ending is in store or not.

Speaking about the scenes, Maisie said: "I think maybe that night of passion reminded her of all the feelings that she’s been pushing aside for these last few months.

"It felt natural, it felt right and it felt different to Aaron. That was such a powerful moment, it actually made her want to stay, just from one night with him. I think maybe all her feelings came flooding back. It was a sense of clarity."

EastEnders airs these scenes in the week commencing Monday, December 13 on BBC One.
