No injuries were reported at the time of the Nov. 24 fire, which occurred when the Center Pointe Plaza business was closed.

A security camera showed a person at the restaurant before and during the blaze, which was reported shortly before 5:30 a.m., the State Fire Marshal's Office said Tuesday.

The Delaware State Fire Marshal's Office released a security camera photo of a suspect in the Nov. 24, 2021, arson at Miller's Ale House restaurant in Stanton. The camera showed the person was at the restaurant before and during the fire, officials said.
