What to Know
The Lafayette Leopards have enjoyed the comforts of home their last two games, but now they must head out on the road. They will square off against the Delaware Fightin' Blue Hens at 7 p.m. ET Wednesday at Bob Carpenter Center Acierno Arena. Lafayette will be seeking to avenge the 81-73 loss they suffered the last time these two teams played Nov. 16 of 2019.
The Leopards were close but no cigar on Sunday as they fell 90-86 to the New Jersey Tech Highlanders.
Meanwhile, Delaware beat the Maryland-Baltimore County Retrievers 70-60 on Sunday.
Lafayette have to know they'll be fighting an uphill battle given the 12.50 point spread they are up against. Now might not be the best time to take Lafayette against the spread since they've let down bettors for the past two consecutive games.
Delaware's win lifted them to 7-3 while Lafayette's loss dropped them down to 2-6. We'll see if Delaware can repeat their recent success or if the Leopards bounce back and reverse their fortune.
