NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — Officials arrested the boyfriend of a woman who was found fatally stabbed inside her Queens home on Tuesday after he called 911 to report a robbery, authorities said.
Just before 2 p.m., police responded to a 911 call of a robbery in progress inside of 141-13 85th Road in Briarwood.

Upon arrival, officers discovered 35-year-old Mindy Singer with multiple stab wounds to her body.
EMS pronounced Singer dead at the scene.
Singer's boyfriend, 37-year-old Peter Ikonomou was taken into custody at the scene.
He was later charged with murder, manslaughter, assault and criminal possession of a weapon.
