ROCKFORD, Ill. (WTVO) — Police are investigating a shooting where vehicles have been struck in the 1100 block of Lincoln Avenue Tuesday night.
The shots were reported around 10 p.m. and police have blocked off the road since then to investigate the shooting.
There have been no injuries reported.
