Carrick scored a goal on two shots and added two PIM in Tuesday's 2-0 win over the Sabres.
Carrick got a piece of a Josh Manson shot late in the third period to double the Ducks' lead. The goal was Carrick's first point since Nov. 14 -- he went 10 games without one. The 29-year-old is up to five goals, one assist, 29 shots, 38 hits and 11 PIM in 19 appearances. With the Ducks a bit thin up front, Carrick should be able to retain a fourth-line role in the near term.
