Tom Holland says his brother Harry was cut from Spider-Man: No Way Home ... after grueling shoot playing a burglar
Tom Holland said that his brother Harry's scene was cut from Spider-Man: No Way Home.
The 25-year-old actor, appearing on The Graham Norton Show Friday, explained how Harry, 22, shot a scene for the upcoming motion picture at his suggestion.
Holland said that he was grousing to his sibling about filming a daylong sequence upside down, in a scene opposite Doctor Octopus (Alfred Molina).

'I was upside down all day for 11 hours - honestly, I really have nothing to complain abut, being Spider-Man has changed my life - but I am absolutely gonna complain about this day - it was brutal,' Holland said.
Holland said that on the way home from the shoot, he was complaining about the physical rigors of filming upside down, when Harry told him, 'You're Spider-man, suck it up and go on with it, you'll be fine.'

Holland said director Jon Watts told him about the need for an actor for the role of a burglar, and he suggested Harry for the part.
'We cast Harry and he's on set,' Holland said. 'I go up to the stunt coordinator and I'm like, "Please just whatever you do with the stunt, make it so he's upside down."
'We're doing the scene. Harry's upside down swinging back and forth. Bless him, he's doing a really good job.'
Holland said that as the day went on, Harry's 'got these lines and he's starting to forget his lines and his eyes are about to pop out of his head.'
Holland said his younger brother then acknowledged the physical difficulty of playing Spider-Man.
'So we're driving home that day and I was actually really proud of him,' he said. 'But he's driving home that day and he's like, "Mate you can complain as much as you want. That is brutal."'
Holland said that 'the icing on the cake' came when he saw the finished film, and Harry's scene was nowhere to be found.
'I don't think he actually knows this ... they've cut the scene,' he said. 'It's not in the film!'
Holland added: 'He said to me, "It was really tough, but I was excited about being in a Spider-Man movie" - sucks to be you bro!'
Spider-Man: No Way Home is set to his theaters nationwide December 17.
