Joy-Anna Forsyth Spotted In Mourning Mode At Courthouse?
Duggar family followers think it looks like Joy-Anna Forsyth is in mourning mode. The Duggar daughter arrived at the courthouse on Monday for her brother Josh’s trial. But from the photos we’ve seen, it looks like it’s all beginning to wear on her.
As we reported earlier, Joy-Anna was at the courthouse as the trial continued on Monday. She and her husband, Austin Forsyth, have attended several sessions at the courthouse. During the trial on Monday, Duggar family friend Bobye Holt testified and spoke of Josh’s confession to molesting four of his sisters when he was a teenager.
There is heavy speculation that this is the first time that Joy-Anna has heard the truth about what happened to her when she was just five years old. This would explain why she and Austin look so hurt and upset at the trial.
Fans and critics think that Jim Bob Duggar might have shared a watered-down version of the story. Because Joy-Anna was only five years old when Josh molested her, she may not remember what happened. The family’s followers fear Jim Bob is using that to his advantage.
Joy-Anna Forsyth appears to be mourning?
During a break in Monday’s session, Joy-Anna and Austin were photographed outdoors together. In the comments section of a repost of a few of the pictures of Joy-Anna, the family’s followers are talking about how it looks like she is in mourning. One writes, “She’s really mourning her childhood, I think.”
Someone else agrees, writing, “Yes. And I’m pretty sure THIS is the first time she’s hearing what Josh actually did to her when she was 5 years old. I’m sure she’s hurt, angry, sad & feels betrayed by her parents who played it all off like it was no big deal. Sad.”
Another user writes, “Poor Joy she looks distraught.”
It was also posted on Reddit, where Duggar family critics said Joy-Anna and Austin look “exhausted.”
Even critics of the Duggar family are feeling sorry for Joy-Anna and thinking of all of the trauma she must be going through right now. This isn’t an easy time for any of Josh’s victims.
