Call of Duty Warzone Mobile is coming in 2022

Call of Duty: Warzone mobile port will be coming sometime in 2022, presumably to iOS and Android devices. The game has recently been added to the PlaytestCloud database.

We've known about Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile for quite some time now but Activision never really revealed the details for such port nor did they announce when could we expect to see the free-to-play battle royale on smartphones.

However, it seems that the launch could be coming sometime in 2022 according to  industry insider Tom Henderson . The game has also been added to the PlaytestCloud database, which is a platform where devs usually playtest their games during the development.

Now, you probably know that Activision already have one pretty successful Call of Duty mobile game which begs the question, how exactly they plan to separate these two. It's entirely possible that some kind of merge between Call of Duty Mobile and Warzone Mobile is also on the table.

Is Call of Duty Warzone coming to mobile?

Also, it will be interesting to see if the game features crossplay with PC, PlayStation and Xbox consoles. Of course, this has been done before - Epic's Fortnite is a prime example of crossplay between all available platforms.

Though, this is just purely speculation, since Activision have not announced the game yet. If the game is indeed coming sometime in 2022, we guess an official reveal should be coming very soon. We also expect the game to launch in a beta before the official release.
