2 teens among several taken to hospital after crash in Montgomery County

BETHESDA, Md. — Four people, including two teenagers, were taken to the hospital after a crash in Montgomery County Tuesday morning, according to Montgomery County Fire Public Information Officer, Pete Piringer.

The collision happened between Tuckerman Lane and Grosvenor Place in North Bethesda, Piringer said.

The crash caused damage to a nearby light pole and street sign.

Piringer said some lanes on the road were blocked off due to debris on the roadway. Montgomery Fire and emergency crews were at the scene of the crash before it was cleared around 6 a.m.

The identities of the four people impacted in the collision have not been released. The status of their injuries is unclear.

It remains unknown how many cars were involved in the collision.
