Cops said they arrested one of the suspects who allegedly stabbed a 36-year-old man to death after 6 p.m. on Nov. 25 at West 33rd Street and 7th Avenue.

Sylvester King, 33, was charged with murder, police said. The second suspect remains unidentified at this time.

Police also announced Monday that Jamoy Phillip, 26, was charged for the Nov. 21 murder of gifted soccer player, Akeem Loney, who was possibly asleep on the northbound 2 train when he was fatally stabbed in the neck.

According to authorities, the unprovoked attack on the 32-year-old happened as the train pulled into 34th Street-Penn Station in Manhattan.

Cops said Phillip was charged with murder.
