After talking to Michael, Amy makes the decision to hire professional home organizers. She explains that it is easier for her to get up and clean things. But, her home has reached a point of no return. And, she needs help getting organized.
Things take a rough turn when Amy discovers a mouse in the pantry while the organizers are in her home. Rushing outside, Amy breaks down while her husband does what he can to comfort her. Amy Halterman tells her husband she’s not sure if they should stay. She reaches a point where she wants them to leave.
Coming back in the home, the professional organizers recognize Amy has become emotional. They ask her how she is feeling and what’s going on. Amy explains her situation. The organizers reassure Amy that they are there to help her. And, they are not judging her for the condition of her home.
