when THE LAW says so. 50 out of 100% (at least) people w/ mental health have had or experience mental exhaustion. Society focuses on repercussions than solutions.

excellent article! the last sentence is my life right now, my son the person who assaulted Mr. ugh. his mental illness and being non-compliant and meth addiction are not his friends right now, and certainly aren't mine. what a heartbreaking situation.
