On Wednesday, the Supreme Court heard oral arguments in the Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization case about the Mississippi law outlawing abortions after 15 weeks, roughly nine weeks earlier than the viability standard set by the Roe v. Wade decision. This week, "Talking Feds" host Harry Litman is joined by three lawyers and Supreme Court experts — Melissa Murray, Kate Shaw and Dahlia Lithwick — to reflect on the arguments, the court and the impact on reproductive rights and women’s access to abortion in the U.S. if the law is upheld.
