Coronation Street spoilers follow.
Coronation Street's Zeedan Nazir storyline takes another tense turn tonight (December 6) as he hears a surprise confession from Debbie Webster.
Zeedan (Qasim Akhtar) was forced into desperate measures last week after his family's food van, which contained a bag of Hashim Elamin's dirty money, mysteriously went missing.
When Hashim (Vincent Ebrahim) heard that the cash was gone, he angrily stepped up his demands for Zeedan to repay his debts as quickly as possible.
Zeedan then had to make a difficult decision, agreeing that heavies working for Hashim could set fire to Speed Daal in an insurance scam.

In Monday night's double bill, Zeedan remains in turmoil over the dangerous lengths he went to so that he could pay back Hashim.
His day then takes a surprising turn when a sheepish Debbie (Sue Devaney) approaches, admitting that she was responsible for the mysterious disappearance of the van.
Debbie confesses that she took the vehicle in a petty act of revenge, as she was annoyed over the Nazirs securing a pitch at the Christmas markets.
Now regretting being so childish after seeing what the family are going through, Debbie apologises and reveals where they can find the van.

Zeedan is shocked and annoyed as it dawns on him that things could have been very different if Debbie hadn't been playing games.
He seeks out the van and is relieved to be able to retrieve Hashim's money, which is still untouched.
Zeedan then assures his sister Alya (Sair Khan) that all they need to do now is sit tight and wait for the insurance money to come through.

Alya is far less comfortable, feeling guilty over Stu Carpenter being caught up in the mess and how they're having to lie to their gran Yasmeen.
Will Zeedan's cover-up really go as he hopes?
Coronation Street airs tonight at 7.30pm and 8.30pm on ITV.
