OXFORD, Mich. - After the Superintendent of Oxford High School, Tim Throne, announced that a third party will conduct an investigation to examine the actions taken by the school’s administration before a shooting that killed 4 students and injured several others, Dana Nessel has offered the services the Michigan’s Attorney General office to help with the investigation.
Nessel issued a statement on December 5th, offering to conduct a “full and comprehensive review” of the events that took place before the shooting.
The Michigan Attorney General advised, “our attorneys and special agents are uniquely qualified to perform an investigation of this magnitude and are prepared to perform an extensive investigation and inquiry to answer the many questions the community has regarding this tragedy,” Nessel said in the statement.
No word on whether, Throne will accept the services offered by Nessel.
