For the premiere of Queen of the Universe, a new singing competition where drag queens from across the world face off, host Vanessa Williams decided to up the ante on her makeup look with a thick cat eye layered on top of a soft, silver shadow. Makeup artist Laramie transformed the classic look into something more avant-garde with the use of negative space underneath the bottom lash. In her new “Making of a Man" music video, singer FKA Twigs also showed off a sleek, purple-tinted cat eye courtesy of makeup artist Daniel Sallstrom, who kept the line delicate, but still impactful with an unexpected “pop” at the inner corner of the singer's eye.
