A rally was held in Bristol, Tennessee on Saturday.

People gathered to spread awareness about the Bristol, Virginia landfill.

They say they want everyone to know about their concerns regarding odors at the landfill.

Rally attendee Joel Kellogg stated "A lot of people in town still don't realize what the emissions are. You know, they smell it, they experience it, but they don't know what it is or where it's coming from. So we need to keep continuing to spread awareness and to advocate for closure of this thing."

The group says they will be holding a rally every Saturday at 11 AM.
